KETTLE GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of any country or jurisdiction, except for residents of jurisdictions that are subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes, or are otherwise designated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) as prohibited or blacklisted jurisdictions. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Kettle, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on April 21, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on May 2, 2025 at 11:50 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by the Sponsor within the Promotion Period to be eligible. Postmarked entries that are not received by the deadline will be disqualified.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry:

1. Online Entry (with Kettle Account): Users may enter by registering for a Kettle account via promotional prompt or designated entry flow. Entrants must provide their full name, a valid email address, and phone number.
2. Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without a Kettle account or purchase, mail a legibly handwritten postcard with your full name, email address, phone number, complete mailing address, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) to:

   Mail-in entries must be received by April 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted. Kettle is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged entries.

4. ENTRY LIMITATIONS

Automated entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. SELECTION OF WINNER(S)

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the deadline. Drawing will occur on or around May 2, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZES

Each winner will receive one (1) prize package, which may include a watch worn by a featured athlete during the NFL Draft, signed gear, or a designated travel reward.

• Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is up to $15,000.
• If a winner is not a U.S. resident and is awarded a physical prize (e.g., watch or signed gear), the winner may be required to pay any applicable import duties, customs fees, or VAT as imposed by their jurisdiction of residence.
• If a winner is selected for the all-expenses-paid trip to a professional football game and is located outside of the United States, they will instead receive a cash equivalent of $1,000 USD, payable by wire transfer or USDC.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash unless specified herein or at Kettle's discretion. Kettle reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via email or phone on or around May 3, 2025. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize as directed, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. TAXES

All federal, state, local, or international taxes, duties, customs fees, or similar charges associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Kettle shall not be responsible for any such liabilities. Winners may be required to complete tax documentation as required by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Kettle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time, including due to fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Kettle, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation or prize acceptance.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Kettle's Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion, including to contact winners and create Kettle accounts.

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in New York County, New York.
